Please bring your vehicle to us washed on the outside. If there is pet hair inside the vehicle, please remove as much as possible.

We install sun control films with the utmost care, after thoroughly cleaning the windows multiple times. However, neither the air nor your vehicle is 100% dust-free, so despite our care and attention, tiny dust particles may still get trapped beneath the film.

Some windows have a factory-applied ceramic coating with a dot matrix around the edges. For technical reasons, the coating varies in thickness and surface roughness. Film only adheres to this coating to a limited extent, so in some cases the dot matrix may be partially or fully visible. This optical characteristic is not grounds for a claim, as it is due to technical factors and cannot be influenced by the installer.

The rear window and quarter windows often have a frit band—a border of black dots that gradually fades out. Air and water can collect at this transition, creating a lighter-looking edge. A little extra finishing can improve the result considerably. If lighter areas are still visible after around ten days of drying, gently press the affected spots from the inside. You can use your finger or thumb. From the outside, you’ll see the light edge disappear. Whether the white edge disappears completely depends on the vehicle and glass manufacturer, as well as the height of the frit band. The flatter the border, the better the result. In some cases, the dot pattern may be unevenly visible. Since this is an optical characteristic caused by the glass and cannot be changed during tinting, it is not grounds for a claim.

Drying usually takes 1–4 weeks. In summer, the film often dries completely after just a few days. However, to be on the safe side, avoid opening the movable windows for at least 2 weeks. Streaks may be visible in the film during the drying process. These disappear once it has fully dried. You can have your windows tinted in winter or summer. The film's quality is unaffected by temperature, whether it's +30 degrees or -30 degrees.
